infinity has holes in her
to let the reality sink through
she’s up ten thousand feet
without anything we can do

scattered all over the sky
she sings and she sighs
rain is from her cry
thunder of her lies

lightning of her truth
fire burns in our eye
the smoke trails off
twisting a goodbye

she doesn’t have care
only to be loving and fair
the beauty around us
makes her forget the pain
